At Bellabelle we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. To achieve the best customer service standards possible we offer the following:

* Refunds are given to items which are returned within 28 days of the purchase date.
* If items are returned after 28 days an exchange or credit note can be issued. If items are returned out of season an exchange or credit note cannot be issued.
* Returned items need to be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
* Returned items must have the tags attached, the item unworn, undamaged and all parts intact.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable.
* Customers are responsible for the payment of shipping costs for the returned item.
* If you decide to exchange an item, please send the item to be exchanged with a pre-paid, self-addressed envelope.
* Please ensure that all of your contact details are enclosed with your returned item. Name, address, email, telephone number and purchase receipt.

Ordering and Pricing

All prices are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars).
The price of imported items is converted into AUD.
All items are sold at the recommended retail price (including imported items).
Sale items are reduced from the recommended retail prices.
All items are inclusive of GST.

Opening Hours

Purchases can be made at any time of the day or night. Typical opening hours are between 8.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Emails are checked regularly outside of opening hours and responded to promptly.
